TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any class or programme offered by Euphorigo School of Dance ("ESD", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Enrolment & Registration

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed registration form and applicable fees. ESD reserves the right to decline any application or discontinue enrolment at its sole discretion. Students are enrolled on a term-by-term or monthly basis as specified at the time of registration.

2. Fees & Payment

• Fees are due at the beginning of each term or billing cycle as communicated by ESD.
• Fees are non-refundable once a term has commenced, except in cases of serious illness or injury supported by a medical certificate.
• ESD reserves the right to revise fee structures with reasonable advance notice.
• Students with outstanding fees may be asked to sit out of classes until payment is made.

3. Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for student progress. We do not offer fee credits for missed classes unless ESD cancels a class. Students are encouraged to notify us in advance of any planned absences. In exceptional circumstances, make-up classes may be arranged at the discretion of the management.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

Students must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations at the time of enrolment or as they arise. ESD accepts no responsibility for any injury or health issue arising from undisclosed conditions. Students are advised to consult their physician before commencing any dance programme.

5. Liability Waiver

Dance is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, students (and parents/guardians of minors) acknowledge and accept these risks. ESD, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes, rehearsals, or performances, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

6. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guardians are expected to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times
• Arrive on time and dressed appropriately for class
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour during classes or events
• Follow the instructions of ESD staff and instructors
• Take care of studio facilities and equipment

ESD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the studio environment, without refund.

7. Photography & Media Consent

ESD may capture photographs and videos during classes, workshops, and performances for promotional and archival purposes. Consent will be sought separately. If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing. This will be respected without prejudice to your enrolment.

8. Intellectual Property

All choreography, course materials, and content developed by ESD are the intellectual property of Euphorigo School of Dance. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or perform ESD choreography outside of officially sanctioned events without prior written consent.

9. Cancellation by ESD

ESD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, public holidays, or force majeure events. We will provide as much advance notice as possible. In such cases, make-up classes or fee credits may be offered at ESD's discretion.

10. Amendments to Terms

ESD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated to enrolled students. Continued participation in ESD programmes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
